Registering for a Bidding Number
Registering to bid for lots at is an easy and straight forward process.
In order to buy at our auction you must be registered. You will be asked to complete a form and pay
an Annual registration fee (currently £5+vat) after paying the initial registration fee,
your annual memebrship fee is due and payable on or before
You will be issued with a bidding number and a membership card, you will need to produce
the membership card each time you buy.
Your bidding number is not tranferrable and you should not allow others to use it.
At the time of auction, to make a bid, simply raise your bidder number. Be sure you understand the auctioneer and the bid
price that you are agreeing to when you raise your bidder number.
By registering for a bidding number you agree to pay the hammer price together with buyer’s premium + VAT
on all lots and agree to our terms and conditions of sale.
Please return your bidding number before you leave the auction house.
The online annual membership fee is £7.00

You will receive an email confirmation of registration and a membership card will be held in the office for you to collect.
