Registering for a Bidding Number
Registering to bid for lots at is an easy and straight forward process.
Simply email us your name, address and contact number.
In receipt of this we will email you back your bidding number.
To make a bid, simply raise your bidder number. Be sure you understand the auctioneer and the bid price that you are agreeing to when you raise your bidder number.
By registering for a bidding number you agree to pay the hammer price together with buyer’s premium + VAT on all lots and agree to our terms and conditions of sale.
If you are already registered with us, you can select this option and you can print off your own bidding number at work or home, saving you time and hassle.
You will receive a separate e-mail with your bidding number attached (your e-number will be on pdf format).
You should print out your number and bring it with you to the auction.
In the E – Number email to us you will need to confirm:
Your bidding number (if known)
Your name, address and contact number.
Please note the e-number system is available right up until 3pm day of auction.
We may modify the terms and conditions relating to E-bidding numbers, at any time by posting revised terms on this site.
