REGISTERING FOR A BIDDING NUMBER
Buyer Registration
All buyers must be registered with us in order to bid, whether in person or online.
Online Bidding
If you wish to bid online, you must also register with EasyLive Auctions. Please note that you will not be authorised to bid via EasyLive unless you hold a valid membership card with us.
Registration & Membership
Registering to bid is a simple and straightforward process.
An annual registration fee of £8 (including VAT) is payable upon initial registration. Thereafter, your annual membership fee is due on or before 1 December each year in order to remain an active buyer.
Once registered, you will be issued with:
- A bidding number
- A membership card
Your membership card must be produced each time you make a purchase. Bidding numbers are non-transferable and must not be used by anyone else.
Bidding at Auction
To place a bid during the auction, simply raise your bidding number. Please ensure that you fully understand the auctioneer and the bid price you are agreeing to before bidding.
By registering for a bidding number, you agree to pay the hammer price, together with the buyer’s premium plus VAT, on all lots purchased, and you agree to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Please return your bidding number before leaving the auction house.
Online Registration
To register online, please complete the form below and submit payment. You will receive an email confirming your registration, and your membership card will be available for collection from the office.
Please note: Once registration has been processed and authorised, membership fees are non-refundable.
